Know what AI can be trusted to do in your business.
Describe one recurring workflow. PriceBolt maps the rules, tests edge cases, shows what AI can handle versus what still needs a person, and tells you what evidence to collect next before increasing autonomy.

What a PriceBolt decision looks like
See the safe operating boundary before you give AI more authority.
PriceBolt starts with what AI must get right, what a person must still control and how strong the evidence is. Human time and cost remain useful context, but they do not override a failed control.

$38 USDloaded cost / hour
This is not claimed AI savings. It is the current human baseline. At early evidence levels PriceBolt uses it only as context and, when possible, a break-even ceiling. Observed savings belong to controlled real-work evidence.
Map the rules→Test edge cases→Set autonomy→Collect next proof
Routine work can move to AI without handing over the business decision.
If simulation passes but live tools and integrations are unproven, PriceBolt can recommend AI prepares the action while a person approves before execution.
AI + EXCEPTIONS
Autonomy grows only inside the tested boundary.
Later evidence can move clearly defined routine cases to AI execution while conflicts, missing information and high-impact exceptions still escalate to a person.
HUMAN-LED
“Do not automate this yet” is a valid result.
A critical failure, unclear policy or high-consequence boundary can keep the workflow human-led even when the model looks capable on easier cases.
Illustrative figures above are in USD and come from PriceBolt's current dispatch demo defaults. They are separate from the workflow intake's editable currency setting and are not a customer testimonial, measured customer ROI or a guarantee of savings.
See the same flow with an example
The dispatch example uses the same PriceBolt workflow as your own business.
Use the dispatch example to see the full journey: describe the work, let PriceBolt interpret it, confirm what success means, run representative cases, review the evidence and get a business decision. You can edit the example text, dictate more context or add files just like with your own workflow.
Detailed case outputs, verifier results and evidence records are retained for auditability and future eval-building. SMB users see the business conclusion first; technical evidence belongs behind details rather than becoming the product itself.

The question
“What should AI be trusted to do — and how do we know?”
AI can already suggest dozens of things to automate. The harder question is where you should actually trust it: which cases are routine, which exceptions need a person, whether your real product/setup can execute safely, and whether the economics survive human review.
Evidence progresses from mapping the workflow to simulated cases, tool tests, your actual AI setup and controlled live validation. PriceBolt labels these stages L0–L5 in the technical detail.

A note from the founder
Built from using AI in real work.
I'm Koyar Afrasyab. I use AI in my healthcare consultancy as well as in the products I build, and I kept running into the same question businesses face: not whether AI is exciting, but where it genuinely saves time or money, which tool is enough, and where a person still needs to stay in control.
I think AI will become useful for more and more business work. PriceBolt is my attempt to make it simpler to see where to focus, what to test, what you already have that may be good enough, and where the limits still are.
