Terms of Use
These beta terms govern use of the PriceBolt buyer-intelligence website operated by Kinvectum AB.

1. Informational recommendations
Finder results, prices, capability coverage, savings estimates, benchmarks and playbooks are informational estimates. They are not procurement, legal, security, financial or compliance advice. Verify vendor terms and your own requirements before buying.
2. Pricing, integrations and benchmarks
PriceBolt distinguishes known public prices from custom/unknown pricing and labels evidence. A missing integration record is not treated as proof that an integration is unsupported. Vendor prices, features, connector availability and benchmark results can change; PriceBolt preserves source and verification metadata to make those changes auditable.
3. Workflow assessments, files, memory and evidence
The buyer workflow intake may transiently read supported redacted files to extract text and may use browser speech-to-text for dictation. You are responsible for ensuring material you provide is safe and authorized to process. Quick Scan is a deterministic preliminary assessment and does not test an AI model or commercial product. Redacted workflows can be saved privately by default to provide continuing workflow history; this storage is not a grant of external training, evaluation or licensing rights. You may optionally add self-reported implementation outcomes to that private history. Those reports are useful follow-up information but do not automatically become L5 evidence or a verified savings claim. Deeper pilots may evaluate API configurations or tool-enabled synthetic environments. L4 evidence requires a remote commercial host to actually execute the PriceBolt workflow; selected product/plan details may still be user-attested. L4 synthetic execution is not proof that your live CRM, calendar, permissions, production data or business environment will behave the same way. Those belong to a controlled L5 pilot.
4. Agent-assisted input
You may use an external AI assistant or agent to prepare a PriceBolt assessment payload. You remain responsible for reviewing what is submitted and for ensuring it contains no personal data, credentials, secrets or confidential third-party material you lack authority to share. Agent preparation does not make the agent's claims verified, and it does not grant PriceBolt training, evaluation, contribution or licensing rights.
5. Temporary L4 connectors
An L4 connector URL is an expiring capability for the synthetic PriceBolt test environment. Treat the URL as private while it is active and revoke it if exposed. Do not place customer data, credentials or other production secrets into the synthetic L4 test. PriceBolt may record tool-call traces and limited client/transport metadata to evaluate the test.
6. Independence
Vendors may not pay to alter ranking logic. Any future sponsorship, referral relationship, credit program or vendor-funded evaluation must be disclosed separately.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use PriceBolt to upload unlawful content, credentials, malware, personal data you lack authority to process, or confidential third-party material you lack authority to share.
8. Third-party products
Vendor names and marks identify third-party services. PriceBolt is not endorsed by those vendors unless explicitly stated. Purchases and service use are governed by the vendor’s own terms.
9. Availability and corrections
Features may change during beta. Kinvectum AB may correct data, remove inaccurate records, change scoring, or suspend contribution features where necessary for security, rights or compliance.
