Contributor Terms
These terms apply when you voluntarily submit an SMB workflow, explanation, recording or example to PriceBolt, operated by Kinvectum AB.

1. Authority and clean inputs
You confirm that you created/own the material or have authority to submit it. Do not submit personal/customer/employee data, third-party confidential information, trade secrets you lack authority to disclose, or material that violates another party’s rights.
2. Two different assets
Original material means your recording/file and raw explanation. Derived workflow data means a structured or sanitized task, rubric, workflow packet, critique, preference signal or evaluation artifact created from the contribution. The permissions for these are separate.
3. Derived-use scope
You choose PriceBolt-private, evaluation-eligible, or training-and-evaluation-eligible. Eligibility permits Kinvectum AB to review, sanitize and prepare the derived workflow for that category. It does not mean a third party has licensed it yet.
4. Original material defaults to private
Your raw recording/file is not licensed externally unless you explicitly check the separate original-material option and later enter any required buyer agreement. New raw assets are currently scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
5. No automatic sale or guaranteed payment
Submitting a workflow does not sell it and does not guarantee cash, credits, free subscriptions or any buyer opportunity. A paid program requires a real opportunity and additional commercial terms.
6. Evaluation-first use
Kinvectum AB may use PriceBolt-private contributions to understand SMB workflows and improve buyer intelligence. Where you permit it, derived tasks may later be used to compare models/products, build held-out evaluations, collect critiques/preferences or prepare training/evaluation packages.
7. Withdrawal
Your management link lets you withdraw the contribution from future external matching. Withdrawal does not necessarily undo a license already completed before the withdrawal; completed licenses require review under their separate agreement.
8. Deletion
Your management link can delete the contribution and currently retained raw assets when there is no completed license record blocking automated deletion. Kinvectum AB may retain a minimal deletion receipt that contains no workflow content.
9. Rights in PriceBolt’s independent materials
These terms do not transfer ownership of your business to Kinvectum AB. Kinvectum AB retains rights in its independently created software, scoring systems, general taxonomies and non-identifying aggregate insights, subject to applicable law and the permissions you selected.
